Letter of Recommendation for Work at Guam Regional Medical City Project

I am pleased to provide a letter of recommendation for Complete Medical Gas LLC for the outstanding work they did at the Guam Regional Medical City Hospital in Dededo, Guam.
After the project owner significantly increased the scope of work on the project, it was clear that BCS would need additional help on the project in order to meet the schedule requirements. We were referred to Complete Medical Gas and not only did they consider the possibility of working on Guam but were willing to make a trip for a site visit on very short notice.
After seeing the scope of the project and the unique challenges of working on a small island in the middle of the Pacific half way around the world from the US, Mr. Johnson worked closely with BCS to explore several options and then find the best approach to accomplish the work while mitigating risk for both companies. That approach involved Mr. Johnson coming to Guam with two skilled workers and managing the complete installation in the field including all of the BCS installers and helpers. Under his leadership, the project production rates when up
drastically and with the increase production rates we were able to meet our schedule constraints. In addition to the considerable gains in production, there were also gains in quality. Mr Johnson’s extensive field experience combined with his ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Verifier certification allowed him to identify issues and work with the BCS project team and the designer of record to find solutions before they became installation problems and required re-work.
Complete Medical Gas was the key to helping BCS successfully complete a large medical gas scope in a major hospital construction project in a remote location. We look forward to doing business with Complete Medical Gas on future projects and highly recommend their services to any company who is looking for a fast, quality installation of medical gas systems even in challenging conditions.
